The year was 1982 when "Tron" was released in theaters. The film, at the time, did not go well as hoped (and it's an understatement), but to me it changed his life. The first thing that comes to mind because if I mention "Tron" is: 10 print "hello" 20 goto 10

"Tron" was an additional factor in my interest in computer science, I led to study the basic and showed me the infinite potential that had this world.
Yes, because Strictly speaking, it was not just a movie where a human being was transferred into a computer: a bit 'as in "Star Wars" was pretty much everything. From philosophy, computer science, adventure, experimentation with new special effects: all the ingredients for a child of 7 years were manna from heaven.
The computer since then has made great strides in virtue of its nature and its potential for implementation, and their often limited only by our creativity.
Hence, very loyal and intelligent, the "Tron: Legacy."
I admit I was expecting crap, it seemed difficult to maintain a high level of a movie I adored. But
I was pleasantly surprised on all fronts.
From Script at the right introspection of the characters already known, the introduction of new characters, visual appearance ... everything deserves a specific discourse and try to grasp the main points, without spoiling the plot. Visually
is an experience: the restyling of the vehicles, you can review the lightcycle or what the network has evolved since 1982 is guessed in every detail. The costumes of the characters, especially Flynn, Clu, Quorra and Jarvis are the ones I liked more because particularly evocative and distinctive character.
While Spielberg and Lucas were the first to talk about "soundtrack organic, "I do not know what Daft Punk have taken this, but in fact is what they have done for this film. Many of the suggestions come in fact from a soundtrack that can only be described as perfect. They have done a tremendous job, always timely and exciting, often different from that which is their usual production: I do not know how much they have played in the package a "product of stlie", as they often travel more experimental tracks, but have managed to create that portion of union that bound and the two films that made the fascinating virtual world, without making it "trivially clubbers" to the "Matrix".
quotes are perfect: the quotes in "The Black Hole" in the sequence Initial (another film I adore, however), the citations on the evolution of computing from a scientific point of view (the dialogue on the new operating system), social (the ability to make open-source software), fiction (who did not think the Loa of Gibson and more generally to "Neuromancer" when it appears the ISO?).
But the real winner of the film, is actually contained in its title: "Legacy", the legacy.
E 'legacy with the fundamental theme: the transition between Flynn and Sam, the father / son relationship, the relationship with modernity that is not necessarily evolution, actualization of the themes of previous films, discover the origins una via d'azione (o non azione, in funzione dei risultati), i concetti di perfezione, utopia, caos calati non solo in un mondo moderno, ma in un mondo plasmabile, sperimentabile eppur capace di generare nuovo codice perchè ciò è nella natura di ogni cosa ed infine l'eredità intesa sia come lascito (vedi il personaggio di Quorra), sia come prova da affrontare (cosa farà adesso Sam?).
A quanto pare tutto dovrebbe continuare e non posso che rallegrarmene: uno dei miei più grandi rammarichi era l'aver visto Cillian Murphy nel ruolo dell'erede di Dillinger e il non aver visto poi questa trama sviluppata. Ciò non può che farmi pensare bene per il futuro.
Fin qui, devo dire, che chi ha voluto riaprire This "Pandora's box" has not committed any mistake.
And now, with regard to inheritance, excuse me: I go to play with my son with his "puppets" of the film, while we, needless to say, the soundtrack in the background.
