Attenzione: non parlo di originalità. Molte sono cose già viste, se non remake o rivisitazioni addirittura di vecchie serie, vedi "Battlestar Galactica" o "V". Ma come vengono riproposti, attualizzati, resi accattivanti è meraviglioso: ormai la forza di queste serie sta proprio nella bravura degli sceneggiatori. In particolare adoro quando la caratteristica di una serie non è altro che un pretesto per indagare sulla natura umana o sul denunciare i problemi, le contraddizioni della nostra società. In questo "Battlestar Galactica", "Lie to me" e "Boston Legal" sono davvero maestri. E non sto citando le serie comiche inglesi, tipo "Black books", "Little Britain" o "I.T.Crowd" che riescono a farmi ridere sistematicamente ogni puntata. Certo, in questo marasma non solo c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta, ma anche il rischio di beccare la "serie pacco", tipo "True Blood", osannata da molti ma che è una minchiata galattica. Ad ogni modo se posso consigliarvi qualcosa, oltre a tutte quelle che ho già citato, se siete appassionati di serie non possono mancarvi "Lost", "Dead Like me", "Medium", "Dexter" e ci metto anche "Mad Men", una serie davvero difficile da digerire ma con un fascino incredibile.
